Terms and Conditions

• Card details will be required to secure ALL bookings.
• If a room is cancelled with more than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice then the first nights accommodation will be charged.
• If cancelled during your stay we reserve the right to charge you for the duration of your stay,at our discretion.
• In the case of non arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
• Large party bookings or special event bookings must pay a 50% deposit one month before their stay.
• If large party bookings or special event bookings cancel with less than 14 days notice the 50% deposit is non refundable.
• If found to be smoking or if there is any wilful damage to any part of the guest house, we reserve the right to debit your account at our discretion , for the extra cost of cleaning or repairs. Typical charge £50.
