The Rooms
Ayr Gatehouse has 9 en-suite rooms, 3 x single,
2 x double and 4x triple. All tastefully decorated in a modern style.
Each room is equipped with a hairdryer, LCD digital freeview TV,
hospitality tray that includes tea, coffee and biscuits, radio/alarm
clock and self controlled central heating. All the en-suite shower
rooms have a light and razor point at the sink. A travel cot is
available on request.
We can also cater for large groups. Ample wardrobe and drawer space.
WiFi available in all rooms.
- This room accommodates up to 3 people.
- 1 super king size bed and 1 single bed (the super king size bed can be made into 2 single beds)
- This ground level room has an en-suite shower, hand basin and toilet suitable for people with both assisted and unassisted disabilities.
- The wardrobe, shelves, toilet mirror and sink are at a level for both wheelchair bound persons and fully ambulant persons. The shower is at ground level (with no need to step up into it) for easy access.
- The en-suite toilet is large enough to accommodate a wheelchair or person with walking aids.

- This room is at the side of the house and accommodates 3 people.
- 1 Super King Size bed and 1 single bed (the Super King size bed can split into 2 single beds)
- This ground level room has an en-suite shower, hand basin and toilet.

- This room is on the first floor at the back of the house and is a single room accommodating 1 person.

- This room accommodates 2 people in a Super King size bed, which can also be split into make a twin room.
- This room is at the back of the house from where The Isle of Arran can be viewed on a clear day

- This room accommodates up to 4 people.
- 1 Super King size bed (which can be split into 2 single beds, 1 single bed with room for a stowaway bed to be made up to accommodate 4 people.
- This room has an en-suite bath/ shower, sink and toilet.

- These 2 rooms are single rooms accommodating a single person each. Ideal for workmen, businesspersons or person on the own.
- 1 single bed in each with en-suite shower, sink and toilet.

- This room accommodated 2 people in a Super King size bed or the bed can be split into 2 single beds making a twin room.

- This is a large room at the side of the house and accommodates up to 4 people.
- 1 Super King Size room and 1 single bed. There is room to put up a stowaway bed to accommodate 4 people.
